Elliott Sogol, PhD, RPh, FAPhA, Senior VP – Strategy at Pharmacy Quality Solutions will be speaking about value-based pharmacy and performance management at the Canadian pharmacy industry event, the 2019 Pharmacy Expo in Toronto, ON on Thursday May 23, 2019.

The Pharmacy Expo is a Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada event running from May 21-23, 2019. Sogol will present during session #3 that Thursday at 9:30 a.m. on “Who Benefits with Value-based Pharmacy Programs: Pharmacy, Patient, Payer Perspective.”

The session will provide a 360 degree view of the current discussions around value based pharmacy and performance management. Participants will be provided with information on the different types of value based programs and models that exist today and the impact they have had on patient outcomes. Participants will also see how patient care services delivered by pharmacists impact program goals and the community that they serve.
