The groups specifically reviews PQA measures: Polypharmacy Use of Multiple Anticholinergic Medications in Older Adults, Polypharmacy CNS (Central Nervous System) Active Medications in Older Adults and Use of Opioids at High Dosage in Persons without Cancer.
The group covers three questions for each measure: What is the measure? How does it work? and How do we positively impact patient care based on each measure? The goal of this podcast is to help pharmacists better understand these new measures and how to follow up with their patients.
