Ferreri explains on the podcast how STEADI-Rx was designed to be a resource to help pharmacists implement evidence-based, fall prevention strategies for their older patients. She runs down specific medication classes that should be reviewed as they may have side effects that negatively affect balance. Ferreri also talks about communication plans on deprescribing with patients and their caregivers.
