Here’s a quick rundown of what’s available in Enhanced Services, how to access the programs, and tips for success.

Key Programs:

  • Longitudinal Adherence Monitoring Program (LAMP): Help patients maintain medication adherence through quarterly interventions and medication supply conversions. Pharmacies can earn bonus dollars for interventions and outcomes. Quarter three opportunities begin the first of July 2024.
  • Controlling Blood Pressure (CBP): CBP is a gap closure program that encourages patients to get blood pressure readings at the pharmacy. Pharmacies earn at a minimum $30 per documented reading.
  • And…COMING BACK SOON! Hemoglobin A1c (A1c): Allows pharmacies with a CLIA waiver to conduct A1c tests. Eligible patients are displayed by health plan partners. Pharmacies earn at least $45 per completed and documented reading.

Accessing Enhanced Services:

  • Look for the bullseye icon on the left-hand side of your EQUIPP dashboard.
  • The Enhanced Services page displays available programs and patient opportunities.
  • New opportunities are loaded weekly on Fridays.

Tips for Success:

  • Prioritize active opportunities: Focus on patients with upcoming refill dates to maximize earnings.
  • Filter and sort patients: Use filters to target specific programs, documentation status, etc.
  • Complete documentation on time: Timely documentation in EQUIPP is required to earn compensation.
  • Engage your staff: Delegate tasks to pharmacy technicians to improve efficiency.
